(1) DRYER UNIT :

Rotatomg Cylinrical Dryer drum is monted  on heavy chasis and also fabricated from heavy steel plates . Its also supported on 4 tunion rollers by 2 steel tyres is drived by a heavy chain and worm gear box and an A.C. motor . The electronic high pressure jet burner is fitted on the structure from where cold aggregate is feed in to the drum and control tempereture automatically . It receives weighed cold aggregates from slinger or cold conveyor at the one end and discharges hot asphalt mix from other end on to a load out conveyor. 

A high pressure jet-burner fires red hot flame in to the drum and dry wet aggregates. The drum is divided in to 2 zones , radiation & coating zone . The divider plate is provided before coating zone to prevent fire of bitumen inside the thermodrum . Its provided dust collection system and exhaust . 

(2) FOUR BIN FEEDER  :

Four Bin Feeder or cold aggregate feeder is made from M.S. Plates and mounted on robust chasis, Each bin has independent conveyor belt which is driven by shaft mounted helical gear box & D.C. motor, Gate opening ones set as per the size of aggregate. The Flow of each size aggregate is regulated from control panel by their motor speed control in auto mode according to desired set percentage of aggregate gradation in mix design. A continuous type electronic belt weigher (Load Cell) is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighing the aggregate feed in to drum. The gathering conveyor is driven by A.C. Motor coupled with reduction gear box . 

(3) VIBRATION SCREEN   :

The work of vibrating screen is to remove oversize material and feeds the remaining material on gathering conveyor .

(4) ASPHALT :

The asphalt tank is fully insulated with ceramic wood (glass,wool) is 50mm and conveyed with 18gms. sheet which is avoid heat loss and reduce fuel consumption . 

(1) These storage tanks are cylindrical or U shaped . 

(2) Caapacity 15 ton to 50 ton.

(3) Inner wall is febricated from 5mm M.S. Plates .

(4) The Asphalt pumps coupled with reduction ger box and powered by a variable speed DC Motor. 

(5) Bitumen pump and pipe lines are hot oil jacketed. 

(5) POLLUTION CONTROL UNIT :

It is also known as wet dust collector . It consists of two units . venture type duct fitted with water spray s.s. nozzles and a wet dust separator tank. It fulfilled all standard of governments pollution control dept. 

(6) MINERAL FILLER UNIT :

Mineral filler hopper has rotary type fidder, which is driven by a DC Motor and an air blower is provided to pneumatically blow powder in to drum mixer through a pipe line . 

(7) ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL  :

Electric control panel is fabricated from 16 SWG CRC sheet. The panel has in-feed master control , Aggregate flow measurement system , which controls flow, individual bin, flow indicator , automatic synchronization of aggregate, aggregate and totalizer, printer for print -out record of all parameters for an instant verify of formula , automatic controls with indication , metering for aggregate , input voltage, and motor load . 

(8)  CONTROL CABIN  :

Control Cabin is fabricated from M.S. Structure and insulated by wood. The cabin is provided with electric control panel to operate the plant .
